French (?) Food for Labor.
Location : [Pollen] Monflanquin, France.
Protocol : Trade labor or help on a project with local inhabitants for a meal then TRY to identify the provenance of every component of my dish.
I accept any kind of labor for any kind of meal. The idea bypasses the immediate benefit of sampling local delicacies or avoiding cooking. By orchestrating this trade I can help an individual for a choir or a special project. I enhance local mutual exchange, share my skill or learn one.
After the meal that is given to me I try to identify the provenance of each ingredient and locate it geographically.I run into many question marks. I writte to the compagnies whith no answers.
I find numerous enfuriated customers that have been trying to track down the provenances certain products for ever. I also run into corporations like Unilever. Lessieur.
